Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga, a spiritual discipline, centers on arousing the latent energy known as Kundalini within the body.

It's primary goal is to awaken the Kundalini energy, believed to reside at the base of the spine, leading to heightened consciousness and spiritual illumination.

Through a blend of deep diaphragmatic breathing, specific pranayama exercises, dynamic movements, and repetitive kriyas, Kundalini yoga seeks to balance and direct the body's energy flow while stimulating energy centers and alleviating blockages.

Integral to Kundalini practice is the chanting of mantras, which generates vibrations purported to induce transformative effects on the mind, body, and spirit.

Furthermore, Kundalini yoga incorporates meditation techniques to still the mind, enhance awareness, and forge a deeper connection with oneself, often employing visualization, mantra repetition, or focus on energy centers (chakras).
